However the user must possess a Smartphone or computer to make use of this facility. It seems that Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. N. This free mobile scheme in Andhra will be valid for only poor students i.e. students that belong to the BPL category.
There are many young, intelligent students in the state who currently are unable to live up to their potential due to their poverty. Due to lack of resources, such students often find themselves lagging behind. It is the job of our government to make sure every such student is given help.
